Using the A.L.I.C.E.model as a guide, the Virtual Skills Workshop engages participants in a variety of group activities, discussions, and learning games.

gain insight into their own ability to effectively set boundaries and resolve conflict in the virtual workplace.

communication training by providing tips and practice on communication methods specific to telecommuting --from voicemail to chat rooms.
